Chapter 36 - - The Magician's Secret Place

Vidushi Maya told Aryan and Leena a long story. She told how thousands of years ago, a powerful magician lived in this forest. The magician had extraordinary powers, but he became corrupt due to misuse of them.

Vidushi Maya continued her story, her voice low and serious.

"The wizard's power grew so great that darkness descended upon this forest and terrible creatures arose. To save the people from him, a group of great warriors fought the wizard. The battle was fierce and the forest was devastated."

"Finally, the warriors managed to defeat the sorcerer. They divided his powers into several pieces and hid them in different parts of the forest. Then, they created this underground kingdom and swore to protect it."

Aryan was stunned to hear the story. He had never heard of magicians and ancient wars before. Leena was also listening attentively, her eyes were filled with curiosity."But the story does not end here," said the wise Maya. "The sorcerer's powers may have been dispersed, but they are still dangerous. If someone uses them with evil intentions, they could bring darkness to the forest again."

"And that is why bandits are attacking our kingdom?" Aryan asked.

The wise Maya turned her head away. "Perhaps. We are not quite sure. The bandits live on the outskirts of the forest and know nothing of ancient magic. But maybe someone is misleading them, or perhaps they accidentally stumbled upon a hidden power."

"We have to find out who is behind the bandits," Lina said firmly. "We have to save the forest from sinking into darkness."

Aryan agreed. He now understood how big a threat the bandits' attacks were to the forest. He decided to help Leena and the Gupta Empire.

Vidushi Maya told them that there are many secret places in the forest where the magician's powers are hidden. She sent Aryan and Leena to the forest.

Given a map showing these locations.

"You have to protect these places," said Vidushi Maya. "Make sure that no bandits or other outsiders enter these places."Do not reach the powers."

Aryan took the map and studied it carefully. Some of the places were in familiar areas of the forest, while others were located in unknown areas, deep in the forest.

"This will be a tough job," Aryan admitted.

"But you're not alone," Lena reassured him. "We'll work together."

Aryan smiled. He knew Leena was right. They could work as a team, protect the forest and uncover the mystery behind the bandits.

Carrying the map given to them by the wise Maya, Aryan and Leena left the Secret Kingdom. The rock door closed behind them, hiding the Secret Kingdom once again. The sun had set, and the forest was beginning to sink into the darkness of the evening.

"Where is the first hidden location?" Aryan asked, looking at the map carefully.

"Here," Lina explained, pointing to a spot on the map. "This is an ancient temple, located in the eastern part of the forest. According to legend, there's a powerful crystal kept there, a fragment of the Sorcerer's powers."Aryan moved his head away. "So, we should go there first."

Night soon descended, making the forest dark. Aryan and Leena walked quietly among the trees, listening to the night sounds of the forest. They knew that bandits were active in this part of the forest, so they had to be cautious.

After a few hours of travel, they reached the thick of the forest. The intricate branches of the giant trees enveloped them, and a solemn silence hung in the air.

"The temple must be somewhere nearby, said Leena, looking around.

Suddenly, a blue light flashed in the darkness. Aryan and Leena ran in that direction. The light was coming from a magnificent ancient temple, partially buried in the jungle. The walls of the temple had strange carvings on them, and the blue light was emanating from a crystal that sat on an altar in the center of the temple.

"It is the one." Lina whispered. 'A fragment of the wizard's power!'

They entered the temple cautiously. The temple was filled with dust and dirt, and there was a musty smell in the air. They slowly approached the altar, mesmerized by the blue light of the crystals.Suddenly, there was a rustling sound from the bushes. Aryan and Leena immediately became alert. They hid in the shadows and started listening for the sounds coming.

Soon after, three bandits entered the temple. They were carrying torches, and there was a look of greed on their faces.

"I'm sure the treasure is here somewhere," said one of them. "That old woman can't fool us."

The second bandit pointed to the altar. "That Crystalla is probably the one we're looking for."

The third robber walked up to the altar and stretched out his hand to touch the crystal. At that very moment, a powerful wind blew in the temple. The crystal sparkled, and blue light spread throughout the temple.

The carvings on the walls of the temple suddenly began to glow, and strange shapes began to form in the room.

Aryan and Leena, hidden in the shadows of the temple, watched the events taking place inside the temple with fear and surprise. The glow of the crystals grew brighter, gradually changing from blue to green. The carvings on the walls of the temple suddenly began to glow, and light green shapes formed in the room. These shapes looked like snakeskin creatures, with pointed teeth and claws.Had shining eyes.

The bandits retreated in fear. The energy emanating from the crystal was so strong that it nearly swept them away.

"This. What is this?" one of the bandits stuttered, panic evident in his voice.

"This. Is. Magic." The other bandit yelled. "We have to get out of here."

The three robbers panicked and started running out of the temple. Aryan and Leena watched them running, then looked at each other.

"We should avoid touching that crystal," Lena whispered. "That magic might be exactly what we're not looking for."

Aryan agreed. The energy emanating from the crystal looked terrifying. It was clear that this magic was out of control and that was probably why even the bandits were afraid of it.

He cautiously approached the altar. The crystal was now glowing green, gradually becoming less intense. The green shapes on the temple walls also began to fade.

Suddenly, a crack appeared in the center of the crystal. The crack grew larger, breaking the crystal into two pieces. The green light emanating from the crystal disappeared completely, and the temple was plunged into darkness.Aryan quickly drew out her sword and looked around the temple, looking for any signs of danger. Leena looked at the broken crystal, a look of worry in her eyes.

"The crystal is destroyed." he said. "What happens now?"

Aryan was not sure either. The destruction of the crystal was unexpected. Vidushi Maya had told him that the magician's powers were scattered, but she had not told him that destroying them could also be dangerous.

We have to go back and tell Vidushi Maya what happened," Aryan said. "Maybe she will know what to do next."

They left the temple and started walking back towards the Secret Kingdom. The night had darkened, and the journey through the forest was difficult. But Aryan and Leena were determined. They had to uncover the mystery behind the bandits and keep the forest safe.

After a few hours of difficult travel, they reached the entrance of the secret kingdom. They knocked on the rock door, and in a short while a warrior came to open the door.

They told the warrior what had happened to them, about the bandits, the temple, and the broken crystal. The warrior listened to them attentively, then took them to the leader.Netaji was sitting in the room. There was a worried look on his face when Aryan and Leena told him everything.

"The destruction of the crystal is a bad sign."

The leader sat in the room. There was a deep concern on his face as Aryan and Leena told him about what happened in the forest temple. The panic of the bandits, the terrifying green magic, and finally the breaking of the crystal, every single detail increased the tension in the room.

"The destruction of the crystal is a bad sign," the leader said in a grave tone. "The wizard's powers are unstable. They must not be tampered with, and breaking them is even more dangerous."

"But why were the bandits attracted to the crystal?" Lena asked. "Did they know it was a piece of the wizard's power?"

The leader nodded. "It's a mystery. We've always known that the bandits want to find something in the forest, but we don't know what it is. It's possible that someone is misleading them, or they may have accidentally learned about the wizard's powers."

Aryan thought. 'Is it possible that there is some other force behind the bandits?'The leader seemed thoughtful. "It could be, young Aryan. We will have to investigate further. But for now, we need to make sure that the broken crystal poses no threat."

After a moment of silence, the leader ordered, "Veer, you and some warriors go to the temple to retrieve the remains of the broken crystal. They must be kept safely in the deepest part of the Secret Empire."

"As commanded, Leader," a strong warrior said, bowing his head.

The leader then looked at Aryan and Leena. "You both have acted bravely. But our work is not over yet. We have to uncover the mystery behind the bandits and find out what is threatening the forest."

"We are ready to help you, Netaji," Aryan said firmly.

Leena agreed. "We will work together to protect the forest."

The leader nodded. "Very well. The learned Maya will show you some ancient texts. These texts may contain some clues about the powers of the magician and the intentions of the bandits."Aryan and Leena spent the next few days with the scholar Maya in the vast library of the Gupta Empire. They flipped through the yellowed pages of ancient texts, trying to decipher the intricate illustrations and cryptic languages.

Vidushi Maya kept helping him. She guided him in reading the texts and shared her knowledge about the history of the forest.

Slowly, Aryan and Leena started getting some clues. In a text, they read about an ancient sect that was obsessed with using the powers of the shaman. This sect was trying to bring back the powers of the shaman and establish its supremacy over the forest.

"Could this sect be behind the bandits?" Lina asked.

The wise Maya nodded cautiously. "It is possible. We will try to gather more information."

In another text he found a map that showed a forest

The scholar Maya gently opened an old parchment from a dusty corner of the library. The map showed a hidden area of the forest, an area Aryan and Leena had never heard of before. The map marked a range of mountains, a huge lake and a small island in its center."This is the Forbidden Zone," Vidushi Maya said in a serious tone. "This is said to be the place where the Sorcerer is buried. And according to legend, his greatest power is hidden there."

Aryan's breathing quickened. "So are you saying that the bandits might be looking for the Forbidden Zone?"

The wise Maya nodded. "That is a possibility. We must reach the Forbidden Zone as soon as possible and ensure that the bandits do not gain access to the greatest magician's power from there."

Lina asked curiously, "But what will the Forbidden Zone be like? And what is the greatest power a wizard can have?"

The wise Maya shrugged her shoulders. "It would certainly be dangerous. The legends are vague, but they state that a sorcerer's greatest power is the ability to control the forces of nature."

Aryan knew that he had to travel to the forbidden area as soon as possible. It was his responsibility to stop the bandits and save the forest.

"When do we leave?" he asked firmly. The wise Maya thought for a moment. "You have to prepare well for the journey. You will need food, water and weapons to protect you along the way."

Netaji also supported their journey. He ordered some of the most experienced warriors of the Gupta Empire to accompany Aryan and Leena. The journey was going to be difficult and dangerous, but Netaji was confident that they would succeed.

After a few days of preparation, Aryan, Leena and the warriors were ready to go deeper into the forest. They bid farewell to Netaji and Vidushi Maya and exited the secret entrance of the Gupta Empire.

The sun was shining on the horizon, filling the forest with golden light. But Aryan knew that the journey ahead would be filled with darkness and danger. They had to reach the Forbidden Realm, face the bandits, and destroy the wizard's power before he could find it.

Entering the thicket of the forest, Aryan held his sword firmly. Leena walked beside him, a determined look on her face. Behind them, the warriors stood alert, ready to listen for any sound in the forest.

The journey was difficult. They had to pass through dense vegetation, climb tall trees and cross dangerous rivers. They also encountered wild animals, which they chased away with their swords and bows. After several days of travel, they reached a range of mountains. Huge mountains stood piercing the sky, their peaks covered with clouds.
