Chapter 13 - Chapter 13

"Stop patting me, I'm older!" Yhur whined as Mac casually laughs. "But you're right, we might need him in future times." The mood suddenly shifted in the middle of the conversation.

"The seal is starting to break as the days past, it may be slow but we can't underestimate it's patience. It will surely be broken soon." Yhur talked about another topic. One that seemed more serious. Mac looked down, "So the only way's to find the reason why and stop it.."

The door was suddenly banged open and wide. A man drenched in sweat while huffing and puffing his chest out over time. "Oh the emo's here!" Yhur called out.

Walking towards their table with in a tiring way, he sat down. Putting his head on the table, completely tired. With the rest of the unfinished commission papers held out from his right hand.

"You've done 26 commissions in 2 hours only? That's unbelievably fast!" Mac was astonished with unknown sparkle effects while Yhur orders a glass of water.

Just is slightly lesser than half way and he's done to get the key. He might even complete a new record.

Sering that what was previously a passionate hard working boy, Mac felt like helping. "Need help?" Which made Jin's head look up, "Did the guy who completed in 3 days get help?" Chuckling, Mac tried to remember. And indeed he did get some help from some friends.

Immediately making Jun all teary-eyed saying, "Please do help me."

Leaving as Jun chugged the next 10 glasses of water.

.

They end up in the grasslands following a clear path. Windy as it is, they held on to the paper very tightly. Looking at the paper, it should be the least tiring commission out of all the others.

All was needed was to simply cut some trees for wood. With Mac's strength to carry the very heavy ones. Though they needed permission as cutting down trees at random would be illegal without permission. Walking through the flowers to a friend of Yhur's, he owned quite a lot of property from houses to even forests.

"Just a couple more turns and we're almost arrived." Mac told out the directions from an address given. "You know, I never thought you would act so helpful when we first met." Jun suddenly blurted out. Mac felt quite embarrassed with that. "It's the first impression that matters." Yhur answered why they acted a little differently since they first met. Now Jun only sees Yhur as the narcissistic, know-it-all pretty boy and turned to Mac and saw him as the therapy friend.

A sudden strong gust of wind behind their backs, causing both the long haired men (Yhur and Jun) to get their face smacked by their own hair. Mac holding on to the paper as hard as possible to prevent them from flying away.

Looking up in the air, Mac saw a dragon flying through the clouds. "A DRAGON?" Jun burst. "THEY EXIST??" He turned back looking at the two others. "Don't compare our world to yours, anything could happen in ours."

Mac laughed it off saying that it's not rare to see dragons and continued walking the path. He then suddenly stopped, "Yhur, did you happen to see what breed of dragon it was?"

Yhur paused and thought of it for a second, moving away a strand of hair from his face, "Based on my studies, there's a 95% chance it could be a species of one of the Quanti families. None of the dragons from this species have been tamed once befoorreee.."

Their eyes met as they are both in total disbelief. Both eyes widened standing still for the next 10 second straight.

Not a second after those 10 long seconds passed, they immediately sprinted towards where the dragon was heading. Which is the total opposite of where they were originally heading.

Jun was obviously forced to join their sudden run. Following their footsteps and quickly asking why they are running in the first place. "Quanti-dragons is one of the species of the Quanti family to not have been tamed yet. Unlike the Quanti-birds we saw before, they have an unhinged hobby of terrorizing other small villages!" Mac spat some information about the dragon. "Why didn't you notice it earlier?" Yhur teased once again.

Mac looked back at Yhur, resisting on smacking his head, "You're the nerd. Why are you the one blaming me??"
