Chapter 60 - Chapter 56

Soobin woke up when he heard a mild clacking sound. He opened his eyes and turned to see where the sound came from. As he was still sleepy, he vaguely saw a human figure, standing in front of the cupboard in the room. He understood who it was and his eyes widened. Yeonjun was getting his clothes to get ready for going outside. It was too early in the morning, but Soobin thought he slept for too long. Yeonjun turned back to check on Soobin after making the sound and found him awake.

"Ah! Did I wake you up? Go back to sleep. It's only 5 am. I have to go to work. And yes, there's some bread and jam on the table as well as your medicines. Eat them and take the medicine on time. I'll be back by lunch time." Yeonjun smiled at Soobin and grabbed his clothes. Hearing him, Soobin was assured that he could sleep more.

"Umh…okay." Soobin replied with his unclear voice and closed his eyes again. Seeing him like that, Yeonjun found him cute and giggled. After staring at him for a moment, he walked away from the room.

Yeonjun worked in his field for a couple of hours and his workers loaded the truck for him. As he wanted to go by himself, he told his workmen to keep an eye on his house. Though he never mentioned a human was living in his house. He drove the truck to the city. As he had another business, he distributed the tasks to his subordinates for the day. After delivering the goods, he finally came to his destination. Parking his big truck in a parking zone, he came to the school gate. He took a long breath and went inside. He knew he'd definitely find a clue about that guy he was searching for.

Soobin's phone was ringing continuously as he was inside the washroom. He heard the ringtone and hurried up there. He was brushing his teeth so his mouth was filled with foam. He took his phone and saw Yeonjun was calling him. He took the phone and went to the washroom again to spit out the foam and pick up the call.

"Hi! When did you wake up?" Yeonjun was very cheerful.

"Just a minute ago." Soobin replied. His voice sounds strange to Yeonjun and he got afraid.

"What happened?" He asked, afraid.

"WHat?" Soobin replied a bit loudly.

"Your voice seems strange! Are you okay? Should I come back?" Yeonjun was getting worried.

"NO! I'm BruShing my tEEth! That's whY! By the way, where are you now?" Soobin asked as he was curious.

"Me? Ah…. I'm…in the city. I had some business here, haha!" Though Yeonjun was in Soobin's school, he hid it from him.

"Ah! Okay. I'll go and wash my mouth now." He said.

"Okay. Have your breakfast. If you need something else, tell me and I'll deliver it to you. And yes, take your medicine too!" Yeonjun was acting just like a single parent.

"Okay okay! Don't worry too much! Focus on your job!" Soobin couldn't help smiling and then he hung up the call.

"I will!" putting down the phone, Yeonjun said to himself in a serious tone. He went to the principal's room and knocked on the door.

"Excuse me! May I come in?" Yeonjun asked, knocking on the door gently.

"May I ask who you are?" A middle aged man who was sitting in front of a computer desk, asked.

"I'm a guardian of one of your students." Yeonjun replied in a humble way.

"Ah! Come in! Come in! Please be seated!" He fixed his glasses and pointed at a seat in front of his table.

"Thank you!" Yeonjun went inside and sat down.

"So, how can I help you? Whose guardian are you?" He was looking at the computer, doing some work on it. He looked at Yeonjun, putting his hands on the table and crossing his fingers.

"I'm Choi Yeonjun. Guardian of the student named Choi Soobin. He just took part in the final year exams." Yeonjun replied with a serious face.

"Ah! That tall student? He didn't submit his college choice form yet. Though it's too late, you can submit it within a week because he's an intelligent student and he can get admission in an honorable college." He said because he thought Yeonjun was there to talk about it.

"No. He…doesn't want to study further." Yeonjun replied slowly.

"Why? Why?" He was surprised.

"He's suffering from anxiety, depression and other kinds of psychological problems." Yeonjun faked a smile and said.

"Ah! That's kinda disappointing. Do you know the reason? I mean, he never showed any symptoms as far as I know. He was always so disciplined as well. So, we never needed to check on him." The principal seemed a bit worried about Soobin's position.

"I know…and that's why I'm here. To seek help from you." Yeonjun sighed.

"Ah! Then, do tell! I'll do whatever I can to help you!" He was curious to know what Yeonjun could ask.

"Do you know this guy?" As soon as Yeonjun took out his phone and went to show it to the principal, a tall boy entered.

"Hello, sir! I'm here to deliver the paper you've asked for." Hueningkai came inside with some papers. The principal looked at him and that's why he couldn't see what picture Yeonjun was showing.

"Oh! Come and put them here." He ordered Hueningkai.

Hueningkai looked at Yeonjun and came towards the table. While putting the documents on the table, he looked at Yeonjun's phone and was surprised.

"Do…you…perhaps know Soobin hyung?" Hueningkai asked, looking at Yeonjun shockingly.

"Oh? Yeah!" Yeonjun replied.

"Who are you to him? And where did you get the photo?" He asked, surprisingly.

"Sir, I apologize, but can I steal your guest for a moment?" He asked the principal.

"He's here to talk to me. You can get back to your class for now." The principal declined Hueningkai with a broad smile. Disappointed, Hueningkai went back and the principal looked at Yeonjun.

"So, where were we?" He asked smilingly.

"I was asking, do you know this guy? He used to be a teacher in this school." Yeonjun showed the picture and pointed at Soobin's former homeroom teacher.

"He? Isn't he Mr. Xyan?" The principal was surprised.

"Can you tell me where I can find him?" Yeonjun asked, widening his eyes curiously.

"What are you, an interpol? Why should I give you his information?" He replied. His face was serious and Yeonjun understood he wasn't joking.

"But, I think you know what he had done." Yeonjun also changed his tone. He was mad serious about the thing he wanted. In reply, the principal remained silent for a while.

"Go ahead and look at his profile. I can't help you more than this. And I don't think it'd help you because he changed his phone number and address and nobody knows where he is now." The principal rotated his computer screen and showed Yeonjun the former teacher's profile.

Yeonjun examined the whole page and found nothing but his personal information and his history in the school. As for the reason he stopped working as a teacher, it was written that he resigned due to some personal reasons.

"What? But…" Yeonjun was flabbergasted seeing the reason.

"You know! Then…why? Why're you defending him?" Yeonjun was astounded as he never expected it.

"Look. What do you think we're doing here? It's a business! The school isn't any service center, but the way to earn money. And, if we write some negative things about any of our current or former teacher, it'll effect badly on the school. The guardian will lost their trust on us and they won't admit their children in our school. Same goes for the students as well. Their bad marks will bring negative reputation for our school. Hope you get what I'm saying." The principal smiled at Yeonjun which made him furious and disappointed.

"You should've at least find out what happened and take action against the teacher." Yeonjun tried to control himself.

"Yeah! We did! Though we don't really know what happened, but we fired him and that was the utmost thing we could do. As for the looking into the matter, the student was the one we found guilty as he was the one who crack his head open and flee away." he said. His smile was hard to vanish.

"Fuck you and your reputation! I'll catch him by myself and sue you as well." Yeonjun stood up and thumped on the table. He couldn't control his rage anymore. He kicked the chair he was sitting on and it flipped, falling on the ground. Yeonjun turned around to walk away.

At that time, he called Yeonjun by his name.

"Yeonjun-sshi!"

Yeonjun turned back as he thought the guy was gonna say something to him.

"Listen to me!" he waved at Yeonjun and told him to go closer. Yeonjun went to him and leaned closer to hear him.

"As I mentioned, a student's bad image hampers our reputation. So, you guys should be grateful to us cause we bailed him out and let him study in our school. A boy should be strong and brave. Don't you think so? That's why, basically it's his fault for being so weak that a guy shorter than him took advantage of him. Or, should I say… it was his own wrongdoing for seducing a teacher, being a boy." He was saying it so normally as if it was a fact.

Yeonjun's blood started boiling as soon as he heard the last lines. He screamed out of madness and punched his face. The man fell on the ground as well as his chair and Yeonjun went towards him hurriedly as he wanted to beat him to death.

"Fucking bastard! Say that one more time!" Yeonjun pulled him up, holding his collar, throwing more punches as the man started shouting,

"Security! Security!" Hearing the noise and collision, four to five guards came and held Yeonjun back. They pulled him outside while Yeonjun kept throwing his legs in the air, trying to exceed himself.
