Lux felt content watching Heart from a distance, still stuck by her declaration of love. He thanked God for finding someone like her in his darkest days. He no longer regretted spending time with other women whenever he sought refuge after getting hurt by Diana.
But even though he had been that way, he couldn't bear to spend time with anyone else if he and Heart ever falls out. Just the thought of looking for someone else made him ache. He was faithful to Heart. He knew she was the same with him.
He loved her deeply, and he would ensure that she never doubted his loyalty. Heart had qualities that were miles apart from Diana's, and he cherished that.
"I've been noticing that girl in the off-shoulder black dress with a hair clip for a while now," Destiny pointed out.
Lux didn't bother to take his eyes off the woman beside Katy who was Destiny had been referring to.
