At the moment the Black Cat regained its freedom, it leaped out of its cat bed and rushed out of the restaurant, disappearing from sight. Xiao Feng was momentarily stunned, unable to react.
"Geez!" Poison King, who was nearby, came over cursing and grumbling, "Boss, you've raised an ungrateful one. It's healed and just ran off! It could at least have thanked you!"
"It's just a cat; how can it say 'thank you'?" Farting King chuckled on the side.
Everyone thought the Black Cat wouldn't come back, but Xiao Feng refused to believe it. Over the time spent caring for it, he had grown more aware of the cat's spiritual nature. Sure enough, just before dinner, it returned to the restaurant.
Simultaneously, it brought a key along with it.
"What's this key for?" Xiao Feng asked, puzzled.
