Chapter 1 - Start my journey!..

All of us ran to the convenience store in the afternoon, looking for moisture for Gee's dry throat. I went quickly, took a watermelon soda, and drank it in one breath. Summer is the season I'm tired of.

"I thought that in a little while I would get this fever and die."

"Ha ha ha. It's like a desert these days."

"Sang-wu, when are you going on a date?"

"Dude, at Lava Cafe this evening,"

"It has a great discount, right?"

"This app is super fun. That app has so many cute girls."

I listened to the stories of both of them and was silent.

"Yeop, when are you going to get a girl?"

"Yes, you haven't had a girl since school. Find a girl now."

"Mingu, I'm not interested in that."

"Yeop, listen to this, register in the Lava Cake app, and find a girl."

"Yes, then all three of us can go on a triple date."

"Ok, ok, let's see later. I have to go home now."

"Are you coming to the computer shop today?"

"I can't today. I have to go to work."

I rode my bike, said goodbye to both of them, and came home. There was no one at home, so I had to read the note on the dining table.

"No lunch today. I'm going to a recording program. You make something and eat it.

from: Sister..."

I took a quick shower, put on the headset, took the phone, and sat down to watch a video to get rid of boredom. But I remembered the name of the app that the two of them told me, and I had to look for it. I was curious about it, so I downloaded it.

"Lava Cake... just like the name of the app, will someone really meet me?" I muttered to myself and smiled. After I downloaded it, I put an account in my pocket and walked slowly to work part-time in the shop in front of the house.

"Yeop, did you come?"

"Yes, Auntie, I will work as soon as Auntie is away."

"You are young, but you melt in the shop, don't you, children?"

"There is nothing like that, Auntie; I can't be bothered by her. She takes care of me a lot."

"Hmm. Luna is a very strong girl. Close the shop and bring me the key, children!"

I work until midnight on weekdays. Being a management student, some days I study at the convenience store. My mother has been my sister ever since my parents died. I know very well how upset she is because of me. When I was thinking about it, the phone vibrated. I took it and looked.
