The classroom, despite Larry's best efforts, was a battleground between his droning lecture and Kaito's wandering eyes. While the instructor fought the noble fight of educating the cadets about Titans, Kaito's attention was busily occupied by the female cadets in the room.

He maintained an impressive balancing act of looking like he was taking notes while actually composing new images for his hentai art business in his head. After all, it wasn't as though Kaito was in dire need of an introductory Titan 101 course.

Larry, on the other hand, continued to narrate a grim tale of Titans, their mysterious origins, and their unquenchable thirst for human flesh, which had resulted in humanity seeking refuge behind the Walls. As he spoke, the weight of their helplessness seeped into his voice, like a damp cloud of despair. His students listened, trying to absorb every tidbit of information, even though the odds seemed stacked against them.

Eren, seated among his fellow cadets, raised a hand, his question heavy with the burden of existential dread. "Why do they attack humans?" His voice was laced with a hidden frustration, like someone who had waited too long in a never-ending line at the department of Supernatural Mysteries.

Larry paused, his face mirroring the uncertainty that plagued the entire subject of Titanology. "We... don't know," he admitted, as if sharing a poorly kept secret. "We have extremely little information about Titans, and it's like trying to solve a jigsaw puzzle with half the pieces missing."

As Larry soldiered on with his lecture, explaining the ins and outs of Titans and their size classification, he unfurled a chart and slapped it onto the board, revealing the good, the bad, and the gargantuan, "the 7-meter class—tiny in comparison to larger titans, but deadly nonetheless," he declared, pointing at the illustrations. "And the 15-meter class, the most fearsome due to their sheer size and common enemy on the battlefield. Even this Titan's swat can be our ticket to the afterlife."

Larry couldn't help but pause when he reached the colossal Titan on the chart. The room fell into an eerie silence, and Kaito imagined a tumbleweed rolling through the classroom.

The colossal, skinless figure loomed in the corner, casting a shadow over the entire room. It made the Armored Titan, a member of the 15-metre class, seem like a toddler attempting to reach the cookie jar on the top shelf.

The sight was enough to dampen the spirits of the cadets, who were already feeling like ants at the wrong kind of picnic.

But Larry, refusing to let the gloom take root, soldiered on. "Titans also possess the ability to regenerate their bodies rapidly."

'You can chop them up like a giant salad, and they'll just stitch themselves back together. It's like a never-ending game of Titan Whack-a-Mole,' Kaito mused.

Armin, ever the diligent student, raised his hand, and Larry, relieved to have an eager participant, nodded in acknowledgment.

Armin spoke with a small voice as if sharing a secret from an ancient scroll, "Their nape."

"That's right, Armin," He gestured to the Titan on the board, circling the nape as if it were the golden ticket to Titan takedowns," a precise strike at their nape renders them dead without any possibility of regeneration."

With that, Larry revealed the pièce de résistance – the ODM gear, an essential tool in the Titan-fighting arsenal."And here we have the ODM gear, your trusty sidekick in the battle against the Titans."

As Larry continued his lecture, Kaito couldn't help but glance over at the Marleyan warrior trio—Reiner, Bertholdt, and Annie. They looked just like ordinary students, their expressions giving no hint of their true objective.

Bertholdt, in particular, seemed to be the epitome of a poker face. Kaito couldn't help but wonder what was going on inside the colossal Titan's head as Larry explained the Titans to the class. Did it feel like an awkward family gathering?

His attention snapped back to Larry as the instructor unveiled the ODM gear. Kaito's eyes practically twinkled with anticipation as he stared at the equipment.

He couldn't help but let his imagination run wild, already dreaming about swinging through the city like Spider-Man. The only downside in this world was that there were no towering skyscrapers to truly experience that exhilarating swinging feeling.

With a mischievous grin, he leaned over to Sasha next to him and whispered, "I can't wait for ODM practice! Just imagine us flying through the air like acrobatic ninjas, but with more swords and fewer shurikens. It's going to be a wild ride!"

Sasha tilted their head in confusion when he mentioned "acrobatic ninjas" and "shurikens." It was clear they weren't familiar with these terms, and their curiosity got the better of them. Their whispering had also attracted the attention of Christa, who was sitting nearby, and she, too, listened intently.

Sasha whispered back, "What are ninjas and shurikens? Are those some kind of secret Titan-slaying techniques or weapons we haven't learned about yet?"

Kaito couldn't help but chuckle at Sasha's innocent inquiry. He also noticed Christa leaning toward them with curiosity in her eyes. "Oh, not quite," he replied with a playful grin.

"Ninjas are legendary stealth warriors from ancient history, and shurikens are small, sharp throwing weapons they use. I was just trying to describe how awesome our ODM gear training is going to be. But don't worry, we'll stick to swords and gas canisters for now. No secret ninja techniques involved, I promise!"

Both Christa's and Sasha's eyes widened with fascination at this new knowledge, and they couldn't help but share in Kaito's excitement for the upcoming ODM gear training. Christa, her curiosity fully piqued, couldn't help but ask Kaito, "How do you know all this ninja stuff, Kaito?"

Kaito leaned in conspiratorially, a playful glint in his eye, and whispered, "Well, you see, Christa, I am something of a ninja myself."

Sasha raised an eyebrow, her expression a mix of skepticism and amusement. "You? A ninja? Come on, Kaito, you can't fool me with that."

Kaito's demeanor suddenly turned somber, and he wore a melancholic expression. "It's true, Sasha. My family was actually an ancient ninja clan with a long history of stealth and shadowy deeds. But, alas, I am the last surviving member of that noble lineage."

Sasha's eyes widened in astonishment as she listened to Kaito's tall tale. "The last surviving ninja? That's... tragic, I am sorry for asking that,"

Christa looked like she would nearly jump and console him as pity and sympathy oozed out of her eyes.

Kaito nodded, his voice dripping with melodrama. "Indeed, it is, Sasha. I carry the weight of centuries of ninja history on my shoulders, and I'm here to honor their legacy by using my skills for the greater good – like taking down Titans!"

Sasha couldn't help but chuckle at Kaito's over-the-top storytelling. "Well, Mr. Last Surviving Ninja, it's an honor to fight alongside you in our battle against the Titans."

Kaito grinned, his playful spirit returning. "The honor is all mine, Sasha. Together, we'll be the ultimate Titan-slaying ninja duo!"

"You can join us too, Christa!" Kaito said while suddenly looking toward Christa, catching the poor girl off guard.

"M-Me... Uh, Yeah, yeah!"Seeing her flustered state really amused him. What could he do? She was such a tease-able girl.
