Not long Janie comes in and redo her makeup and she tries another style in Lisa's hairAs Janie styles Lisa's hair, her hands deftly working through the strands, she begins to share a story about their boss, Justin. Her voice is soft, carrying a hint of empathy as she unravels the untold childhood that lies beneath his proud and cold demeanor.

"Lisa, you know how everyone sees Justin as this unapproachable figure," Janie begins, her tone filled with a mix of intrigue and compassion. "But there's a reason behind his guarded nature. It all stems from a tragic event in his past."

Lisa's eyes widen with curiosity, her gaze fixed on Janie through the reflection in the mirror. She urges Janie to continue as strands of hair slip through her fingers.

"Justin confided in me one day," Janie continues, her voice a mere whisper amidst the hum of the room "He told me that his father was responsible for his mother's death. It was a horrifying incident."

As Janie narrates, memories weave through her mind, painting a vivid picture of Justin's pain. She recounts how Justin's mother suffered under the weight of an abusive relationship, enduring silent torment for far too long. Until one fateful night when it all escalated beyond control.

"Justin's father, in a fit of rage, slammed his mother's head against the wall," Janie reveals, her voice trembling slightly. "It was a devastating blow that stole his mother away from him forever."

Janie pauses , her fingers momentarily ceasing their dance through Lisa's hair . She can still see the anguish in Justin's eyes as he shared these haunting memories .

"After that night , Justin's heart filled with an unyielding hatred for his father , " Janie continues , her voice carrying a mix of sadness and understanding , "He couldn't forgive him for what he had done , for tearing their family apart . And that hatred , it shaped him into the person he is today .

Lisa's eyes well up with empathy , her heart aching for the young boy who had experienced such a tragic loss . She begins to see Justin in a new light , his icy demeanour thawing to reveal the depths of his pain .

"But there's something else ,"Janie says , her voice tinged with hope ."Justin's father , burdened by guilt and remorse , sought to comfort him in a way only father could . He made Justin the CEO of the family's business empire , hoping it would fill the void left by his mother's absence".

Janie's hands resume their gentle movements through Lisa's hair , a silent understanding passing between them . They now see beyond the surface of their boss , recognizing the layers of complexity that shaped him .

"He is the smartest of his father's remaining two sons ", Janie says softly . " And though he may come across as cold and distant , deep down , he is a wounded soul trying to navigate a world tainted by tradegy .

As the story lingers in the hair , Janie and Lisa share a new found understanding , knowing that sometimes the coldest hearts bear the deepest scars , she now understands somethings about Justin . His mother's death had really affected him especially the woman he loves most judging from Janie's story .

Her late dad had never laid his hands on her late mom , they really loved each other , she pitied Justin for not having a Happy home with his parents unlike hers.
