"Beat" the sound of drums had collected everyone in the plaza. Eve held the child in his arms and walked toward the plaza to hear the news better.
"Oh, sister Evelyn. You are here too." a woman smiled at Evangeline and walked closer to her. She took the child from Evangeline's hands.
It still felt strange to hear a strange name for herself, but Eve nodded with a bright smile in return.
"Yes, sister Maria, the knights are hard to ignore. What happened this time?" she whispered as more and more people were collected in the plaza. She hid herself in the crowd to make sure no one would notice her. Though they have walked far away and were living in the borders already.
