Diana ran to the room when she was told that Cotlin was fighting life and death. When he was absent, she had thought that it was his new trick, he must be doing some secret task again.
She did not know who he work for, but he did dirty tasks for someone and though she had an inlink, she could not convince herself that Eve held the power to control him.
But none of that matters at this moment. When she heard that he was kidnapped and kept in a place where he was not offered any food or water for days and his pulse was dying, she ran. Diana ran without caring that she was barefoot. She did not care that she was wearing an indoor gown and her hair was a mess.
