When Evan finally finished repairing all the pieces, she noticed a few customers were already crowding the stall. As a noble, she had learnt embroidery but it was for fun that she leant crochet and making laces. Who would have thought it would come handy one day. Her eyes searched for the happiness on the faces of customers but she noticed many of them looked exhausted. They were bargaining for every single penny they could save.
The happy and prosperous image she had in her mind of this land started to shatter at once.
"Thank you for helping me." the girl bowed with a relieved smile on her face, "if not for you, i did not know what i would have done." Evan shook her head. It was nothing big for her. But looking at the smile returning on the face of the woman, she felt much better.
