"What!?" Dawns eyes tripled in size. She had no idea when she started crying.
"It can't be. It can't. I... I'm... Sorry..." She cried harder, shaking her head non stop.
She had never spent any time with Satia, but she was really eager to help in whatever way she could.
More tears flowed down her eyes when Xavier came to sit next to her on the bed. He placed his hand on her back, and gave her a gentle pat, and she didn't refute.
She felt like she had just killed his sister. He raised her face up, to see how reddish her eyes had turned from the crying.
He gently wiped away her tears. He felt the urge to laugh really hard at her. "It's okay. Everything is going to be okay." He encouraged, which made Dawn to cry even more.
"Ho... How can they be okay? It's all my fault." Dawn sobbed louder.
