Dawn was surprised at Ellie's tone. She realised then that there would always be someone arrogant in the midst of peaceful people.
"Forget I ever asked." She said calmly, making to leave when the other maid with Ellie stopped her.
"I'll take you to the Prince's chamber. Come with me." The maid said, staring hard at Ellie.
"Thanks." Dawn replied, following behind the maid. Ellie stood there, swimming in her pool of anger. 'Was the prince betrothed already?' She questioned herself worriedly.
"There's no other better explanation for it. Why else would she address him by his name? She definitely does not look or act like a maid.' Ellie queried inwardly.
She screamed in frustration, stomping back to her duty post.
"Thanks by the way." Dawn appreciated the maid once more. She was sure she would get lost in the huge palace if she didn't ask for help.
"It's really nothing." The maid replied, as they both walked through the halls.
