Xavier felt a heartache realizing they were going back without the Pecran.
"Are you feeling okay?" Zerys questioned worriedly when he saw the instant change in Xavier's expression.
"I can't believe we failed. Terribly." He sighed, feeling devastated.
Zerys sat next to him with his arms resting on his knees. "We can't possibly go back to the Republic City of the Xing Yun Empire. We're lucky the Pecran lady spared our lives. We saw what she can do. Going back is just a suicidal attempt." Zerys said out of frustration.
"Can't you do anything for Sati?" Xavier asked Casper who sat down quietly.
"I'm sorry, but no. Only a strong Pecran healer can undo the spell on the princess. Not just any Pecran can aid her situation." Casper replied sadly.
Xavier felt like the whole world came to a halt on hearing Casper's words.
"Is there no other powerful Healer that you know off?" Zerys asked in a shaky voice.
