Lucian had a fulfilling smile on his lips as if he had been expecting those words from Liam a long time ago. "You know, I was starting to think that you didn't really love this Elena girl. You just had to wait until they've started ripping her apart before saying something so meaningful." Lucian said, still smiling widely.
"Just let her go." Liam said dejectedly. If it meant he had to sacrifice himself to save Elena, he was willing to do it. His only fear now was that there might not be much remaining of her.
"I am really moved and at the same time embarrassed by your actions. I can't believe you're willing to lay your life down simply because of some arrogant bitch, but that's your problem and not mine." Lucian said, shaking his head at Liam. "Well let's go then?"
"Where the fuck are we going to?" Liam inquired.
"You obviously don't know what it means to surrender, do you? Obviously you'll be coming with me." Lucian responded.
