Meanwhile, Xavier was on a delicate yet speed requiring quest to save Dawn's life. Her breathing was slowly reducing, which made him to ride even faster.
It took them close to four days to get to the battlefield, but with the speed he used, and non-stop riding, it only took Xavier two days to return back to Amstrid.
Luckily, Dawn was a healer, so she was able to sustain herself for a little while. Xavier knew things would have been way worse if he was to bring back a normal human all the way from the battlefield and back to Amstrid.
"Shit. That's a lot of blood." Kai moved back when he saw Dawn's bleeding stomach.
"Help me get her to Casper quick." Xavier said hastily.
"But Casper's not around. He went out for some kind of search for a cure or something like that." Kai pointed out.
"Then someone should fucking find him and bring him back here in the next fucking hour." Xavier ordered.
