"What kind of future king are you supposed to be? Your duty is to protect your people from harm, and you don't mind if my father, your general kills me." Karen half yelled.
Liam smiled. "I'm the kind of future king that you should mind the tone you use when talking to him, or you might probably end up dead before your dad gets to lay a finger on you."
Liam was smiling but the intensity in his tone made Karen scared. "I'm sorry your highness." She apologized immediately.
"Just watch the kind of words you use when talking to me and we'll be fine." Liam said. "Bayne will take you back home. It was nice meeting you, but to save both of us the stress, there's no need telling you that we'll meet some other time cause we both don't want that, am I right?"
Karen nodded her head in response. The moment she left, Liam headed to the bathroom. He stood under the shower in deep thoughts. 'Too bad you're not a princess.' He said in his heart.
