Dawn thought she was prepared to make peace with Xavier, but she didn't know it would be so hard to start up a conversation with him especially when he was shirtless and alone.
Xavier sat up when he saw her walking towards the bed, making Dawn's heart to race faster, but she tried her best to remain calm.
'Maybe some other time.' She thought to herself, dropping the bottle on the bed side table before turning to leave.
Xavier held her wrist before she could leave. Bolts of lightning moved through her body when he held her.
"Hold up." He said to her in the most serene tone she had ever heard, making her melt in where she stood.
'It's official. I'm crazy over him.' Dawn sighed inwardly.
She slowly turned to face him, and her heart raced really fast when their eyes met. It felt like she couldn't look away as she just stared into his bright blue eyes.
"Aren't you supposed to give the medicine to me?"
