Xavier was starting to heal after close to two weeks. He could now sit up, but he still found it hard to stand for a long time. Dawn could not do anything to help him since her powers were still weak, so he was with Ellie almost every time of the day.
Dawn would stop by every morning and evening to give him his drugs, and no matter how happy she would be when going to Xavier's room, she always left in anger.
She hated the sight of Ellie being close to Xavier, but there was nothing she could do about it other than wallowing in her anger and jealousy.
Each time Dawn went to Xavier's room, Ellie was always there, making Dawn wonder if she never leaves the room.
"Uhmm... Miss Dawn?" Ellie called to Dawn when she was about leaving Xavier's room after dropping off his medicine. That had become her routine for the past few days. She would enter the room, and leave the second she enters after dropping Xavier's routine drugs.
