Chapter 2 - Mythology part 2

All was good. That was until Zectal became angered. Maztica's arrogance had gone on long enough.

The woman dared create beings purely from her own seed. Those angels as she called them were all beings of half step transparency. Their goodness so bright and radiating that none of his loyal daemons could get close enough to corrupt or manipulate them. Zectal, the Lord of the Daemons, decided that he couldn't allow this imbalance to continue. He picked his most faithful follower, a purely tainted daemon whose heartstone was the strongest shade of red. This daemon, named Moloch-Baal was given the divinity stolen from Qotal. And Zectal was good. With Moloch-Baal being divine, he ascended to be Zectal's left hand. Moloch-Baal and Zectal, in search of revenge, cast an attack on heaven. The angels, paragons of goodness could not resist and so Zectal, in the name of revenge cast a curse. The curse turned all angels prone to evil. This created the first Adiaphorous. He burned in flames and became Amon. It was from the realisation of his sins that he became divine, becoming Amon, the hidden one.

Amon, upon realisation of the fight between Maztica and Zectal, attempted to be impartial. Amon, being born with the concept and aspect of invisibility, saw all that there was, will come to be and all that is. It was through this divinity that he resolved the fight and convinced Maztica and Zectal to unite for eternity. They were now simply one. Known as either father or mother. Amon, being cunning convinced them to split a sliver of their divinity and domain as "good will." It was with this that Moloch-Baal became Baal, lord of war and fertility. Baal, sensing the gain of 2 extra domains ontop of his original rain and thunder, split himself in half with a great thunder strike. This thunderstrike, because of the essence it contained created Quetzalcoatl. Quetzalcoatl was a shapeshifter, malleable much like the domains he held control of, for he was lord of the winds, art, culture, wisdom. Wherever there was wind, Quetzalcoatl was to be there. However once born, Baal, father of Quetzalcoatl, was shocked for Quetzalcoatl was a gigantic green serpent, who was able to go around the entirety of Qotal twice. It is said when Zectal is finished consuming all the essence in blood he requires that the man of gold would attempt to give Qotal the greatest pleasure until she explodes, this will end all life. Quetzalcoatl because of his ability to shapeshift and his large stature in normal size understood that if this were to happen he would have to wrap around Qotal, to keep everything in the same place so the gods did not lose track of Qotal. It was this that a new age would come and a new man of gold would be born.

Quetzalcoatl, when first seen by his father near drove Baal blind. Quetzalcoatl was so ugly that it is said Baal invented the first mirror to show him how ugly he was. When Quetzalcoatl saw this, he stayed in his temple and refused to do his job as a deity. Athena, one of Quetzalcoatl's siblings also born from the thunder strike, made him a mask so fine that it covered his entire head. The mask was so well built that it was the only thing Quetzalcoatl wore when seen by others. This is why Athena, lady of the craft, strategy, and trade is worshipped. Athena is said to have made the mask into a serpents mask, allowing Quetzalcoatl to continue his work over life and death. Unlike all other gods or goddesses, Quetzalcoatl during his time in Qotal grew soft and kind to the people of bronze. Quetzalcoatl demanded no sacrifices or worship.

It was when the oldest man of bronze was dead that Maniae was born. She was previously a mortal however near her death she had grasped the truth of the world. As such she became Maniae, Queen of the mad. She held dominion over the second half of the year, the mind and insanity. She also had a connection with Death itself from her previous mortal shell. This unbalanced Qotal and it was from this imbalance that lady Beive was born. Lady beive as a balance held dominion over the first half of the year, Fertility, plants, animals, sanity and the mind

From Baal, came Moloch, whose name meant King. Moloch was a born God King. However he did not take over, for Baal, the God King, held a strong rule on all. His grip over them was unshakeable and his rule was good. All was fair and just. Zectal and Maztica, who were United for long seeing this decided to ascend and become ONE. They became a LAW. Moloch, influenced by the maya and Inca tribe became a god of war, strategy, Victory, male sexual love, rage, honor and fatherhood. He was known by many titles, GodKing Moloch, The father, Berserker, the honourable one and the wise one. However he lost all influence and worship stopped, for he saw the people of bronze as his children and he did not expect any sacrifices, much like Quetzalcoatl. However unlike Quetzalcoatl, he allowed his name to be forgotten, becoming the forgotten one. This is because he as a father grew happy to see his children have no need of him or his domain. His loss in influence is clearly seen by the difference in he and his wife.

Lady Innana, also known as the queen of heaven or the queen of the gods was a goddess of motherhood, fertility, love, beauty and female sexual love. Lady Innana, was renowned as the most beautiful women of all. They say that if you were to lay with her you would become a divine, simply from her womb, which has the property of making any mortal living thing divine and granting them domains.

It is said when she was born all the gods fought for her hand in marriage. Ultimately, Moloch, GodKing and strongest of all the gods won, taking her hand in marriage and consummating it. It is said that lady Innana and moloch consummated their marriage for 3 weeks straight and that when they were done Inanna was unable to walk until the winter solstice and had to be carried everywhere by a servant. When winter solstice hit, it is said that lady Innana gave birth to many goddesses and Gods. Although most have had their name now forgotten, while Lady Innana is still heavily worshipped by maidens, mothers and anyone attempting a courting.
