Chapter 2 - Chapter one stress

things to not want to you may end up doing them when over stressed and it can get hard to deal with said things like doing chores or things you like to do and things you need to do. Sometimes when I get stressed it can sometimes lead to a lot of frustrations which can also lead to things that can and will be left unfinished. What to do about stress is to take a moment to calm down and relax. do not do anything until you have felt like your back to yourself. What you do to calm yourself is up to you do not take my words for it. If you want to sit alone and cry then do or if needed take a chance to talk to some friends about how to calm down which ever makes you feel better is up to you do not think its about everyone else its your turmoil not there's, it's your inner demons not there's. Whatever is up with the other person is strictly there on mess unless you think you can help them go right ahead if not try suggesting someone that can help or something that can help.
