Forcefully, Kara pushed the wooden door open, bringing it down to the ground.
"Who on earth has lost his mind!"
The old diviner sounded as she struggled to get up from her cane bed.
She had earlier covered herself and was trying to get another nap which is mostly what she did those days, when she heard the noise.
"Who is that..."
She was interrupted at the sight of Kara and quickly, she grinned hard like a baby who had seen her favorite candy.
"My old friend has finally remembered to visit me again."
She cried, as she wrapped Kara inbetween her arms.
But her joy was cut short when she noticed that Kara was sobbing.
"Wait? You cry?"
"Yes"
Kara whimpered and nodded emphatically.
"Come on, what is the matter my daughter?"
She pulled Kara into her shrine and made her sit.
Initially, Kara had wanted to create a scene, but the diviner's warm gesture had changed her mind.
