Alpha Ethan joined the guards who were waiting for him in the pack arena. There were more than fifty of them. They bowed their heads in reverence as soon as he joined them.
One of them handed a big gun to him, but he lifted his hands, signaling he took it back. He didn't see the need for him to carry one.
Inside his coat pocket laid a black pistol. He seemed okay with just that one.
"Where is the Beta?"
He asked, after scanning the arena for a while. Beta Ethan was meant to go on the search with them, and was meant to be in front of the arena before the Alpha arrived.
"We haven't seen him yet, sir."
The guards leader replied.
"Up till now?"
Alpha Ethan sounded.
His eyebrows furrowed. He bit a part of his lips, confused on the stunt Ethan was preparing to pull. They had planned to meet at the Pack arena and at a specified time. He couldn't believe that Eddy hadn't shown up.
