A group of guards walked to Alpha Ethan where he was. He was perplexed, while waiting for the guards to return.
"There are no signs of them in the Palace, my lord."
Their leader said, before joining the rest to bow before him.
"Alright, prepare your men. We will search the woods."
"Yes Sir."
The guards lifted their heads, they bowed again before leaving.
The Alpha went back into his chambers to go prepare for their search. His concern wasn't even Beta Eddy, but Kara.
Ethan indeed liked Kara, but he knew their relationship was built on the political gain the both of them would stand to gain.
On his end, was to remain the Alpha of the cardias pack and not be dethroned, while for Kara was to become the Luna of the most powerful pack in the werewolf race.
