The Nog Continent was divided into several hundred regions.
Ma Lin was only responsible for the contracting work of two of these regions, which together covered an area of about two million square kilometers, including both Green Vine Mountain and Greenwater Mountain.
Almost every mountain and wasteland had someone eager to contract it, in order to develop new adventure projects. Players walked along the roads, and wherever they went, they had something to play with.
The other four hundred plus regions were split among over four hundred consortia, who were major contractors. They either paid a certain land rent to the park authorities every year or shared a portion of the profits with them.
These consortia would sub-contract these lands to smaller contractors, who then built adventure projects in the corresponding areas.
In this way, the burden of work for the park authorities was greatly reduced.
