For instance, each of their magic cards can store two adventure spells, which they can use four to five times a day. This includes Swift Magic, which speeds up running for ten seconds, approximately doubling or tripling the speed, very useful for escaping danger; Flame Magic, which neither of them knew before, but which is extremely handy during adventures, such as when lighting a fire to burn a pile of insects—Ma Lin's mother could combine her Plant Magic with the Flame Magic to create an eternal wall of fire; Strength Magic, which doubles one's strength for ten seconds, useful for lifting items that are normally too heavy; Explosion Magic, which can be used to blast open boulders and doors, among other things, very practical; Clean Magic, a spell that cleans dirt from the body, especially useful after wading through mud, when one is wet and dirty, having this spell is simply fantastic.
