Chen Ying, twenty-three years old, graduated from university over a year ago. Born into a naval officer's family, she took interest in warships from a young age.
She visited a torpedo boat at the age of three. At five, she accompanied a submarine on a 5,000-nautical-mile submerged voyage, during which combat occurred.
She entered the Grey Wolf Naval Academy at seventeen, her practical experience and knowledge far exceeded that of her classmates, and she began executing missions from her freshman year.
In her junior year, she spent a year and a half participating in naval warfare and was quickly promoted, earning actual military commendations. Her greatest strengths were still in the maintenance and retrofitting of warships as well as supporting and securing special service squads.
