The game assistant would constantly remind the grandpas and grandmas how long they had been playing, whether their blood pressure increased, if their heartbeat was normal, or if they needed to rest. It also possessed emergency medical magic so that if they felt palpitations or breathing difficulties, the assistant would cast this magic on its own and consider contacting a nearby doctor depending on the situation.
All combat scenes had expert-level doctors nearby who could reattach even severed heads. The reason was that accidents were all too common during adventures.
Of course, there were also missions involving battles with cats and dogs. For instance, feral cats kept stealing pigeons, and players were expected to catch them.
The grandpas and grandmas really enjoyed these kinds of missions.
