Mount Jinniao stretches across the southern part of Fei Che Nation, shielding most of the national border, but there is still a gap present.
This gap is situated forty kilometers southwest of Jinniao City.
At the gap, there is a broad mountain pass, curved in shape, with the westernmost side being a canyon over a hundred meters wide, twisting twice.
Once out of the canyon, one reaches the wastelands.
Traveling two thousand li south from the wastelands will bring one to the Soul Eater Plains, unimpeded by mountains and rivers.
Demons often run all the way from the Soul Eater Plains to the north, entering the wastelands, then find the gap in Mount Jinniao and attempt to enter the Fei Che Nation.
