Li Wei only heard the sound of a huge, strong blast going off before she was brought back into the dark space again. She looked around and sure enough, the planet that she had left behind seemed like it had suffered from tragic consequences, as if someone had dropped a lot of asteroids on the surface, blasting it up completely.
For a while, she stared at the burnt up planet as she felt a teardrop roll down her cheeks. Of course, they weren't real physical tears. Her heart seemed to feel trapped within her chest, unwilling to make her feel warm all over again.
The pain that she felt surrounded her entire being, making her feel extremely suffocated at the same time. She swallowed her pain as she looked up at the darkness again.
