I guess I am not really brave huh.

Well... I received some recommendations for another novel that was more recent... so, anyone shouldn't have a problem with this, right?

(Allahabad, British India)

I woke up, startled. I checked my body, and everything was weird.

Not only there was no bullet wound, but my body was that of a kid.

A headache came and went quickly, leaving behind a set of memories.

Of a six year old kid, whose name is Krishna Singh. Who has just turned six years old yesterday.

I looked at the calendar, and it was December of the year 1895.

I immediately realized my situation.

After getting murdered in my previous life, instead of reincarnating in a fantasy world, I got reincarnated in the real world, more than a century ago.

I plopped down on the bed, and started thinking about what to do from now on.

World War 1 happened between 1914 to 1918. Meaning that I have some 15 years to prepare for certain things. Doing anything to oppose the British government before WW1 starts is a death sentence.

And well, it will be good for India to fight in WW1 to not only gain experience, but weapons as well. Afterall, when British leave, others will definitely try to take a piece of India.

Hmm...

First things first, I need to use the time that I have to build a lot of connections, money, and influence.

While I don't really need to go to school and college, those will certainly be the best way for me to build connections and gain influence.

Thankfully, my father is a pretty big lawyer, who fights in the civil disputes of rich families. So, going abroad will not be very difficult for me. Money is not the problem, but convincing Father to send me to US instead of Britain will be more difficult.

Well... all things aside, I guess I can't really complain about my new life. My previous life was pretty unremarkable. But in this life, I can bring lots of changes to the whole world.

I just hope that I don't get shot in this life too, for writing this novel with my own life.
