Lea huffed, pretending to be offended by what these people had said to her. Her lack of hesitation caused the Siren king to be convinced that Lea had nothing to do with the rift.
At least, not voluntarily. She was being roped into this mess, just like the Sirens were. That caused a feeling of comradeship to form inside the Siren king's heart.
