Since Emily was taking a long time getting ready, Lea dragged her toward the section where they needed to gather before the second bell even rang.
They made it in time, and Lea was pleased that more teams than she had anticipated made it.
The ones she had sent a letter to were all present, not wanting to risk an elimination in case Lea had lied.
'This is good. I can already see how much the guards hate this situation. I am sure they must be seething and panicking about what to do.'
Lea looked around, and as she expected, the guards were not looking happy with the outcome of the first round.
They wanted to see some bloodshed as well as rivalry.
They also wanted to see people fail and fall to the bottom, and they would get their wish.
The second bell rang, and the warning came for those not there.
[You all have fifteen minutes to gather at the assembly spot. Those who cannot do that in time will be eliminated from the competition.]
