"Lea, we are being cheated by this man. Don't tell me that you are seriously considering accepting his deal!"
Emily asked in a surprised voice.
She was a little bit too loud and was heard by Adrian, but he showed no signs of aggression toward her.
All he did was look at Lea with the same expecting expression as he always had.
"Ah, sure. I can see that you did your best to fulfil your condition. In this case, I do not mind taking you along with me. I did not have another one to take with me anyway."
Lea handed the invitation to Adran, causing Emly to bite her lip in agitation.
But since Lea had decided, Emily did not say anything further.
"I will treasure this opportunity you have given me. Don't worry; I will not bring shame to your name."
Adran promised with a little bow before returning to admiring his invite.
