Sara looked overwhelmed, but in a good way.
She would have cried if she could, but her training had forced Sara to abandon her tears, and her saline glands did not react no matter how much Sara felt like it.
"Hey, we don't need your help. I do not need your help looking after my family, at the very least. Go offer your service to someone else who needs it."
Kerin yelled, but his ears were red because he felt grateful for his current situation.
"Kerin, don't be so rude to my friends. But I must agree with Kerin and Emily as well. I want to look after my siblings with my effort for now. I will call you once I can do so."
Sara restrained Kerin before he could sprout any more nonsense and offend Emily.
Lea's uninterested attitude likely indicated that she did not care what Sara did if she kept in touch and was ready for missions when she was called.
"I should…get going now."
