Lea landed lightly on her feet even after jumping from the 150th floor.
For the first time in forever, Lea had made a conscious decision to save her life and to use her abilities to land properly.
"Hmm, I know I made sure I landed properly this time, but this is still a bit disappointing. Looks like I will have to jump out of a plane next time to try and kill myself."
Lea spoke out loud and dodged the incoming wave of people rushing toward the bunkers and other protection chambers.
Everyone was aware of the danger that was about to fall upon Vegas.
"Let's see. I don't think this is the type of rift monster I recognise. So, is it a new species or a variant of an existing one? I guess I will not know until I head out."
Lea headed toward the gate, but she was not the only one.
The security units had already started gathering, and the dome had activated its security function.
