"Hi, April, good morning. I hope I did not wake you up."
It was Vincent, which made April gulp as she was caught off guard. Vincent's voice sounded serious and formal she felt sad as well for Vincent, knowing what he was going through right now.
"Hello, Vincent. Sorry, I thought you were Camille, calling."
April finally replied, her surprise was very obvious in her tone.
"It's fine, I was just hoping I could talk to you."
Vincent's tone was pleading and April could not seem to reject him at this point.
"Oh, are you alright? I am just at Camille's apartment. We could meet somewhere to talk."
