Edna pointed herself. Then she lowered her hand when she realized he could not see her gesture. "Me?"
"Yes, my lady."
Sonia squinted. As far as she knew, this was their first meeting. Besides, they did not introduce themselves to each other. However, since Zach stated his intent clearly, Sonia stood. "Then I'll leave you two alone."
"Thank you, Miss Sonia."
"You're welcome." Sonia picked her white pouch beside the table. "Zach, I'll be going now. I'll send Kai to fetch you later."
"There's no need Miss Sonia. The path's familiar to me." Zach gripped the cane. "Kai and I pass by here every morning during my daily walk."
"I get what you mean. I'll be more careful next time."
"Mm, thank you for understanding."
Sonia shifted her gaze to Edna and waved goodbye.
When Edna nodded, she left.
