'Magic? He can already use magic when he was this small?' Sonia thought as she watched Zach turn to his stomach and bury his face on the pillow.
"She must be a wicked fairy," he mumbled. "What else will she take from me?"
Sonia picked him up and placed him in a sitting position. "Everything, if you keep doing that."
Zach twiddled with his thumbs. "What kind of fairy are you?"
"A good fairy."
"Liar," he said with his head bowed and his lips pursed.
"Fairy, do you like the uncle earlier?"
"Yes, because he helps me earn money."
"Then if I help you earn money, will you like me too?"
Sonia pinched his right cheek. "Probably."
Zach slowly nodded.
"Why did you ask? Do you want me to like you?" Sonia said while ruffling his hair.
"I don't know, Fairy. I just said it."
"I see. Here, do you want a stuff toy?"
Sonia handed him a small Barney, but it looked big when he held it.
