"Eleanor, we're fine for now. Please leave," Silas muttered.
"Alrighty…" Eleanor left, all smiles and giggles before closing the door.
Tup
The slight echo of the door fully closing in front of them left the trio sighing with exhaustion, just relishing in the fact that they were still alive. Marlene who was especially directly told by the goddess that she was going to die, yet… here she was… alive and somehow breathing.
"How did you even make a deal?" Calix asked.
"I have no clue… everything is cut off from a certain point. I just remember proposing a deal, yet… I feel like I did make one."
"So it's not confirmed, correct?" Calix attempted to confirm.
"Well, no shit he made a deal," Marlene scoffed. "If I'm still alive after she already made up her mind, something must've happened."
