Triple H and Stephanie resumed their conversation, explaining that they were here to oversee some potential talent acquisitions that FCW wants to do and to ensure that the WWE's involvement in FCW's development to develop talent for WWE was progressing smoothly. Sandro listened intently, trying to absorb everything they were saying while still grappling with the fact that he was sitting in a room with two of the biggest names in the wrestling world.

The conversation eventually turned to the faction storyline, and Sandro perked up, knowing that this was where he would be playing a key role. Dusty, ever the master storyteller, laid out the vision for the faction war that would be kicking off in the coming months.

"We're bringing in Austin Creed on a short-term deal from TNA, and we are going to parter him with The Empire, Drew Mcintyre and Stu Sanders," Dusty explained. "This faction war is going to be big—bigger than anything FCW has done before. Sandro, Kofi, Taylor, Creed, Drew, and Stu are going to be at the center of it."

Triple H nodded, clearly impressed by the ambition of the storyline. "Faction wars always get a strong reaction from the fans, but you have to handle them carefully. The story has to make sense, and each faction has to have a distinct identity. You can't just throw a bunch of guys together and hope it sticks."

"Exactly," Dusty agreed. "That's why we've been taking our time with this. We let Sandro, Kofi, and Taylor have been training together, building chemistry with each other. And when Creed arrived, he will train alongside Dew and Stu as well to increase their chemistry. The fans aren't going to know what hit them."

Hearing Dusty's thorough explanation of the faction storyline, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon nodded with clear satisfaction. They could see the planning and careful thought put into the storyline, and Stephanie gave a quick nod of approval for Austin Creed's short-term signing with FCW.

Then, turning her attention to Sandro, Stephanie studied him with an appraising look. "So, Sandro, how does it feel knowing you haven't even been in FCW for a full year yet? You've already become a tag team champion, and soon, you'll be at the center of not just one, but two major storylines. That's a pretty unique position."

Sandro felt a flash of nervousness at being put on the spot but quickly steadied himself. With a confident smile, he replied, "It's honestly been amazing, and I'm really thankful for the trust that Dusty and Steve have put in me. I know I'm still new to all of this, but I want to work hard every day to repay their belief in me. And hopefully, I'll keep bringing my best to the ring and in every promo."

Triple H, visibly pleased with Sandro's answer, gave him a nod of approval. "Confidence is important in this business, Sandro. Knowing when to say thank you and staying humble is a big part of making it in this industry. Talent is just one part of the equation. Backstage, there's a different game being played, and it takes respect, integrity, and knowing your place in the business to survive here—unless you bring something unique that just can't be ignored."

Steve, who had been observing quietly, immediately spoke up. "Sandro is that unique factor here in FCW. He's only 18, but he already has a deep understanding of the wrestling industry and brings a lot of fresh ideas to the table. He's done things nobody else his age would even think to try." Steve's voice was full of admiration, and it was clear he admired what Sandro have done so far.

"In fact," Steve continued, "he's been behind some of the most exciting changes here, like advocating for the FCW Divas Championship and even paying the title creation, not expecting any reimbursement. And that's not even mentioning his knack for identifying talent; some of the signings we're making today were actually suggested by him. And, of course, this faction storyline, it all started with Sandro pitching the initial concept to me and Dusty."

Sandro felt a surge of pride hearing Steve's words. He knew that his ideas had been risky, especially coming from someone so new, but seeing them come to fruition had only strengthened his resolve.

"That's impressive," Stephanie said, looking genuinely intrigued. "Not many people have the foresight or the courage to step up with ideas like that so early in their career. It shows maturity and that's not something you can teach in this business, you need to experience through some things before having such level of maturity and understanding of the business."

Sandro nodded, grateful for the acknowledgment but aware of the weight of the expectations now placed on him. "I appreciate that. Honestly, I just want to keep learning. I know I have a long way to go, but being around people like Dusty, Steve, and now even you both is such an incredible opportunity. I want to make sure I absorb as much as I can and just keep improving."

As the meeting continued, Sandro couldn't help but reflect on everything that had led him to this moment. His time at FCW had been a whirlwind, and yet, it all felt like it was only the beginning.

Triple H and Stephanie discussed the faction storyline in more detail, asking Sandro his thoughts on the storyline structure, character dynamics, and the balance between kayfabe rivalries and real-life camaraderie.

"I think the key is making sure each faction has a clear purpose and a believable motivation," Sandro said. "The fans should be able to understand where each group is coming from, even if they don't agree with them. And I think it's really important that each faction's leader has a unique style. For instance, Drew and Stu, they're like a English noble, proud and arrogant to the bone. On the other hand, Kofi, Taylor, and I represent something fresher, a kind of new-age energy that's more about freedom and pushing boundaries."

Triple H leaned forward, clearly impressed. "Exactly. Each faction should feel like a team with shared values but distinct personalities. It's good that you're already thinking in those terms, Sandro. That's how you build characters that fans care about."

The conversation turned to more specifics of the storyline. Dusty explained that the faction war would start subtly, with small interactions and teasers to build anticipation. Over time, tensions would escalate, leading to intense rivalries, dramatic standoffs, and eventually, high-stakes matches.

As they continued talking, the door suddenly knocked, and one of the FCW Creative team members stepped in, looking slightly apologetic.

"Sorry to interrupt," he began, "but I just wanted to let you know that the wrestlers we're planning to sign today—Tyler Black, Jon Moxley, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Eric Young, and Austin Creed—have all arrived and are waiting outside to finalize their contracts."

Hearing this, everyone in the room exchanged quick glances of excitement and stood up. Dusty motioned to the team member, "Let's bring them in. No sense in keeping these boys waiting. Have them come in together so we can get this done in one shot."

The Creative team member nodded and slipped back out the door, closing it gently behind him. Within seconds, the door opened again, and in walked Tyler Black, Jon Moxley, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Eric Young, and Austin Creed.

As the wrestlers made their way into the room, the atmosphere shifted. Tyler Black, Jon Moxley, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Eric Young, and Austin Creed greeted everyone with respect.

The sight of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon took them by surprise; however, their professionalism kept their reactions in check. One by one, they shook hands with Dusty, Steve, Triple H, and Stephanie, and when they reached Sandro, they extended the same courtesy, unsure of who he was but extending professional courtesy all the same.

Dusty, always in tune with the energy of a room, cleared his throat to gather everyone's attention. He began introductions, ensuring each of the new signees understood the significance of this moment.

"First off, I think you all know who I am, and of course, this here is Steve, the owner and main booker of FCW. We're the ones responsible for FCW, and we're here to help each of you make the most of your time here."

Dusty gestured toward Triple H and Stephanie. "But today, we've got some special guests, and I'm sure you don't need an introduction to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. They're here to oversee what we're doing here and to make sure you all understand that FCW is more than just a wrestling program—it's where WWE's future is born as FCW is WWE's developmental brand."

Each of the new signees nodded respectfully, absorbing the gravity of Dusty's words. It was clear they understood that this was a critical stepping stone for their careers.

Dusty continued, shifting his attention to Sandro, who stood to his right. "And I want to introduce you all to Sandro here. He's one half of the current FCW Tag Team Champions, and he's also played a big part in why each of you is standing in this room today."

Dusty's gaze swept over the group. "You see, Sandro here recommended each of you for this program—he saw potential, and he pushed for it. Austin, you're the one exception, but I'm sure you'll soon see why we brought you in. You're here because you're essential to a major storyline that Sandro himself pitched to us."

The group turned to look at Sandro with newfound respect. Sandro gave a small nod in acknowledgment, feeling the weight of the introductions but standing tall. He wasn't just a fellow wrestler to them now; he was someone they owed this opportunity to.

Dusty continued by briefing the group on the storyline they would be entering. "Now, we're about to kick off one of the biggest storylines in FCW's history—a faction war. Austin here is joining The Empire, alongside Drew McIntyre and Stu Sanders, facing Sandro, Kofi Kingston, and Taylor Rotunda."

Hearing that caused everyone except for Austin Creed to be excited, as he never expected that as the youngest and the least famous amongst the wrestlers who was going to be signed, he received big opportunity much earlier than them all.

Steve chimed in, addressing the group with a tone of encouragement. "As for the rest of you are here to shake things up. Each of you brings something unique, something we haven't seen before. And we're counting on you to help make FCW to be seen and don't worry, each of you will receive you opportunities in the future."

Hearing what Steve said, Tyler Black, Jon Moxley, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, and Eric Young heaved a collective sigh of relief. The subtle tension in the air, stemming from uncertainty about their roles, melted away, replaced by fresh excitement.

Each of them knew that opportunity in a wrestling promotion was not something to be taken lightly, and they were reassured by Steve's commitment to offering them their moments to shine. Feeling more settled, they looked to Dusty for what was next.

Dusty took a stack of contracts and, with Sandro's help, began distributing the documents one by one. Each wrestler received their contract, a detailed document outlining their roles, responsibilities, and the terms they had already discussed in negotiations. As they scanned the contents, their faces reflected a mix of concentration and satisfaction, knowing this was the official start of their FCW journey.

One by one, they signed on the dotted lines, sealing their futures with FCW. Sandro clapped his hands in excitement as each signature marked the official addition of these talents to the roster. Dusty, Steve, Triple H, and Stephanie joined in with warm smiles, congratulating each signee and welcoming them to the FCW family.
