A cat that walks on two legs?
Whether it was Lu Baichi or Wang Meiling, including everyone else who saw the door open where this cat slunk out from, was dumbstruck.
Everyone considered many possibilities - an old expert who still held strength striding out, a middle-aged artifact refiner with a proud gait, or even a lively teenager. Any of these scenarios, no matter how implausible, could be grudgingly accepted.
But what the hell, why was a cat coming out the door?
Could the senior who was trying to breakthrough to the level of an artifact refining master actually be this insolent looking cat?
This idea was so ridiculous it made them gasp. It was immediately dismissed by nearly everyone.
It couldn't be a cat. Although the cat was fat and round like a ball, there was no way it could lift the giant artifact refining hammer. Surely there were people other than this increasingly irritating cat who were attempting to break through.
