Thousands of tree nests contracted to their limit, the ancient trees casting a vibrant greenish-silver glow.

A pair of playful eyes opened in the blood-red canopy, followed by a massive maw that spoke in the language of the realm spirits, "So the world, brimming with life, treats lambs in the same way. Is this what they call a convergence of paths?"
Atop the towering ancient trees, a face slowly emerged. If members of the elfin race were still around, they would recognize this as the true god of their world, the origin of all things.
Yet perhaps nobody had anticipated that this origin was not a false semblance of holiness, but a realm spirit living in the heart of the Realm Heart.
