The Eagle Totem was so frightened that it felt as if its soul had flown away. After much thought, it quietly slipped back without attempting to seize the Chaos Staff, daring not to covet the totem wood carving of Loulan ever again.
"Totem of Loulan, you entered with ill intent, and by rights, you should be killed. Considering the grievous injuries you've suffered, let it pass. Leave quickly and do not tarry any longer," a stern voice commanded, casually tossing the Eagle Totem away like a small chicken, and then gave another faint order.
Just like the Eagle Totem, this wood carving totem heard the voice but could not see the figure. It did not dare to look and simply knelt on the ground before the thousand-foot-high statue, paying respects three times with utmost reverence before turning to leave with a face full of awe.
