Behind them, the ground suddenly started to tremble. Immediately after, Li Zhen, who was retreating the fastest, let out a muffled grunt. He looked back in horror, only to see a terrifying and ghastly face.
This face resembled a zombie that had crawled out of hell, rotten to the point where only chunks of white bones remained. These bones were still covered in large amounts of decaying flesh, which were relentlessly falling off with a constant "plop, plop, plop".
Li Zhen screamed in terror, instinctively thinking of counterattacking and evading, but it was all too late. Below this zombie was a giant mouth like that of a prehistoric tyrannosaurus rex, filled with fang-like teeth as hard as steel nails. Each tooth was about seven to eight inches long. With a snap, Li Zhen's upper body was bitten off and ground back and forth, instantly tearing his upper body into countless pieces.
