As she spoke, Ai Lin raised one hand caught in a labyrinth of swirling runes and arrays that functioned at an astonishing speed and condensed an unprecedented amount of mana into a tiny point. An alarm blaring from Long Yi's giant tablet interrupted, "Warning, space system damage."
Ai Lin stared in bewilderment at the point in the palm of her hand, feeling an incredible amount of power within it and sensing the instability of space around it.
"Did I really do this? Is this my power?"
Ai Lin found herself able to perceive every aspect of this magic spell, including the way it was constructed. The sensation was absolutely incredible.
"No, it's not over yet."
Long Yi said excitedly.
"There's more?"
Ai Lin relaxed her hand, the power within it disappearing and looking at Long Yi in disbelief.
"Yes, now let's triple your current power!"
