Lucia repeated the unfamiliar term, her suspicious gaze turning towards the receptionist before her.
"What's that?"
"A type of glowing phenomenon, the deadly kind."
The receptionist, named Jelas, said casually:
"Compared to beam weapons, the process of 'Abyssal Colors' taking effect is slower, but it can kill the target just as effectively."
"Like gas and bacteria?"
"Somewhat similar, but much more cruel than those."
"How much more cruel?"
"Please take a look at this."
Jelas pressed a hidden button on the round table, and an interface for an information terminal appeared in the air, a dazzling color emerging between the two of them.
