"Rules?"

The true form of the Mother Goddess is the world's own instinct. Her principle of action is similar to that of living organisms, namely the pursuit of her own continuation. From this perspective, as long as the world itself is unharmed, it doesn't matter what happens to its creations. Conversely, when a dangerous situation arises where a creation is willing to erode the world itself for the sake of continuing its species, then she simply destroys the creation, using means such as large-scale disasters, massive monsters, or Divine Agents.
That's the basic principle. However, on the other hand, the saviors created by the Mother Goddess also prevent the collapse of human society, just like heroes. Why is that? Is it simply an excessively strong desire for control, or is there some hidden reason?
