The pace of infrastructure construction in the Salbadut District was among the fastest in the world. On one hand, the war had not significantly damaged the roads, and the foundations were decent to begin with; on the other hand, the Governor's Mansion strongly advocated for infrastructure development. With the added demand from the war, various factors interacted to naturally accelerate growth. The establishment of a dedicated agency to thoroughly manage and adjust, and the wide application of new technologies for refurbishment, meant that the main roads connecting various places in the special district were almost as good as those within Charlemagne Territory.
