Just like all the "overlords" who hold unrealistic expectations about the combat abilities of puppet armies, Count Glo personally experienced what it feels like for the imperial forces to watch their allied armies fight, not unlike how the USA views the combat of puppet armies in South Korea, South Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan—fully learning what it means when "rotten wood cannot be carved" or "a wall of wet mud will not stand".
